Created by an incoming college freshman, Code Green was born out of the desire to create social and environmental change. We believe the first step in any movement is education. In order to fight for the climate and environmental movements, we must first learn about them.

Why are we called Code Green? Code Red is used to signal emergencies. For us, a Code Green is used to signal an environmental emergency. The current state of our planet is in Code Green right now. We need to do something. We hope this publication can help make a difference - no matter how big or small.
